This notice explains how information submitted through this campaign inquiry website is used.
Information you provide
The consultation form collects your email, game or company website, game category and campaign goal. You may also choose to provide your studio or company name, contact name, test budget and additional campaign details. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your request to assess campaign fit and follow up about potential cooperation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or commit you to a purchase.
Basic website analytics
We do not record page visits or link clicks. Only when you submit a consultation request do we save the form contents, campaign source labels, session identifier, page language and submission time. We do not use website analytics or advertising pixels.
Storage and access
Submitted requests are stored as one UTF-8 JSON record per line in a private TXT file on our server. Only authorized operators can access this file; it is not publicly available. This website has no database, team sign-in or sign-in cookies.
Language preferences
The page opens in English by default. Your selected language is remembered in a preference cookie for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time.
Email links
Clicking an email link opens your email application. An email is only sent when you choose to send it through that application.
WhatsApp contact
Opening a WhatsApp link or scanning our QR code takes you to WhatsApp. Messages are sent only when you choose to send them there. WhatsApp handles those interactions under its own privacy policy; chats are not automatically saved in this website’s TXT form records.
